Refunds and Returns

Furniture pieces are final sale. Our furniture pieces are one of a kind, sometimes old, have quirks and have been well loved, meaning they are imperfectly perfect. The things that make our furniture pieces awesome are always highlighted in the description along with pictures. We encourage you to view the furniture piece prior to purchase to ensure it meets every one of your needs and expectations. We don't doubt that it will!

Exchanges

If for some reason you ordered the wrong colour or product, we will honour an exchange. The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused. The return shipping fees to Dovetails and Lavender will be the responsibility of the person exchanging the product. The shipping fee of the new item will again, be the responsibility of the purchaser. So we ask that you double check your order before placing it, in order to ensure you can get started on your projects without delay.

Damaged items

Should a product shipped arrive damaged, we ask that you contact us within 3 days of the products arrival date. At that time, we will assess and do our best to rectify the issue in whatever way we can.
